Winans Labs designs and builds custom AI systems and automations for businesses of any kind: monitoring that watches a portfolio overnight, assistants that answer from a company's own documents, pipelines that turn county records into researched, verified leads, tools that price a job before the customer loses interest.
The company was founded by Austin Winans, who spent about 15 years in real estate and mortgage lending, the kind of business that runs on intake forms, document chases, spreadsheets and follow-up. He started building the systems that handle that work. Winans Labs is that work, done properly, for clients.
We're headquartered in Dallas, TX and work with clients wherever they are. Every project is led by the founder, with specialist engineers brought onto the team for the parts that need them.

Most automation fails because whoever built it never did the job. We've chased the documents, re-keyed the leads and rebuilt the Monday report. So we start from how the work actually runs, keep the people who do it in the loop, and build the smallest thing that takes real weight off them.
