Who these terms are with

These terms cover your use of winans.ai and the tools on it, run by Winans Labs LLC, a Texas company. By using the site, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

The Blueprint tool

• The tool is free and uses AI to draft a picture of a workflow from what you describe.
• Blueprints are estimates, not advice. Hour figures rest on your answers and on assumptions the page shows you. They may be wrong. They aren't a quote, a guarantee of results, or legal, financial, tax or other professional advice.
• Check anything important before you act on it. Decisions you make based on a blueprint are yours.
• We may change, limit or pause the tool at any time, including daily usage limits.

What you put in

You keep ownership of what you type and send us. You give us permission to process it to run the tool, reply to you and improve our services, as described in our privacy policy. Please don't submit anything you aren't allowed to share, or any private, confidential or sensitive personal information.

Your blueprint

You're free to use the blueprint and spec sheet the tool gives you, inside your business or to share with others. The site itself, its design, code, text and the method behind the tool belong to Winans Labs.

Fair use

Please don't:

• use the site for anything unlawful, or to submit spam or abusive content;
• try to break, overload, scrape or get around the site's limits and security;
• try to make the AI produce something other than a workflow blueprint;
• use automated tools to submit requests in bulk.

We may block access when we see misuse.

Paid work

Evaluations, prototype sprints, builds and ongoing support are covered by a separate written agreement. Prices and timelines on this site are a guide, and the signed agreement controls.

No warranty

The site and the tool are provided "as is" and "as available." To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties of any kind, including that the site will be accurate, uninterrupted or error free.

Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, Winans Labs won't be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the free site or tool. Our total liability for any claim about the free site or tool is limited to $100.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Texas law. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts in Dallas County, Texas.
